Browse our shop, select your product, choose your size and quantity, then click "Add to Cart." When ready, proceed to checkout, fill in your details, and place your order. You'll receive an email confirmation shortly.
2 Are the products on DigiServices 100% authentic?

Absolutely. Every product sold on DigiServices is 100% genuine. We source directly from certified manufacturers and authorized distributors. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for counterfeit goods.
3 How do I know which size to order?

Each product page displays UK/EU shoe sizes. If you are unsure, measure your foot length in centimetres and compare with international size charts. When in doubt, we recommend sizing up. You can also contact us at 0307-2753841 and our team will guide you.
4 Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, before it enters processing. Contact us immediately at zubairmajid1111@gmail.com or call 0307-2753841. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled but may be returned under our Return Policy.

5 How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days via TCS or Leopards Courier. Express delivery (1–2 days) is available for Rs. 599 extra. Next-day delivery is available in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, and Rahim Yar Khan for Rs. 999.
6 Is there free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders above Rs. 5,000. For orders below this amount, a flat fee of Rs. 299 applies for standard delivery.
7 How can I track my order?

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. Use it to track your shipment on
TCS or
Leopards Courier websites. Alternatively, WhatsApp your order number to 0307-2753841 for instant updates.
8 Do you deliver to my city?

We deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan, including major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Multan) and smaller towns. Remote areas (AJK, Gilgit-Baltistan) may require 2–3 extra days.

10 How long does a refund take?

After we receive and approve your return (3–5 business days), refunds are initiated within 24 hours. Bank processing adds another 5–10 business days. JazzCash/EasyPaisa refunds are faster, usually 2–3 business days.
11 I received the wrong or damaged item. What do I do?

We sincerely apologize! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue at zubairmajid1111@gmail.com or call 0307-2753841. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund — your choice — and fully cover return shipping costs.
